MoUs for Bank loans.

Com. P. Abhimanyu, GS, discussed this issue with shri Yashwant Narain Singh, GM(T&BFCI) today. During the discussion the GM informed the General Secretary that new MoUs with Bank of Maharashtra, Syndicate Bank, HDFC Bank and J&K Bank would be signed within a month for bank loans for employees. Process is going on for the renewal of MoU with Canara Bank also. MoU with Union Bank of India would not be renewed since that bank wants to include a tough clause in the MoU, that BSNL should settle the terminal benefits of the employees, only after getting the clearance of the bank. The GS told the GM that since the Reserve Bank has reduced the interest rate, BSNL employees should also get bank loans at reduced interest rates. The GM assured to take steps for this.

Com. P. Abhimanyu, GS, BSNLEU, met Ms. Madhu Arora, GM (Estt.) today, and discussed about the various pending HR issues of the Non-Executives. Due to the continuous persuation of BSNLEU, the following HR issues have been sent for the approval of the BSNL Board. 

i)    New designations for TTAs, Sr.TOAs, TMs and RMs.

ii)   3% pension contribution by the Management, for the Directly Recruited employees.

iii) E1 pay scale for the Non-Executives.

iv) One additional increment to the left out Non-Executives, appointed on or after 01.01.2007.

v)  Payment of gratuity to the casual labourers. 

BSNL Board meeting is taking place on 04.03.2016, and BSNLEU will ensure that the above issues are approved by the Board.

JTO இலாக்கா போட்டி தேர்வு கால அட்டவணை வெளியீடு

நமது மத்திய சங்கத்தின் தொடர் முயற்சியின் பலனாக, JTO இலாக்கா போட்டி தேர்வு கால அட்டவணை 28.01.2016 அன்று வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

நமது சங்கத்தின் கடுமையான போராட்டத்தின் பலனாக, இரண்டு பிரதான கோரிக்கைகளில் வெற்றி கிடைத்துள்ளது. 

01. மாநில தலைமை பொது மேலாளர்கள் தான் முறையாக  தேர்வு அறிவிப்பை வெளியியிட வேண்டும். 

02. இலாக்கா போட்டி தேர்வுக்கு பின் தான் நேரடி நியமனம் நடைபெற வேண்டும்.  

இந்த இரண்டு விசயங்களிலும் நாம் வெற்றி பெற்றுளோம்.
